The most effective way of keeping us safe from danger needs both "THEORY" and "PRACTICAL TRAINING".

Pre-recorded videos are very useful for self learning, and does not depend on an internet connection.  The student can playback the video at any time to help recall the contents.  The videos develop a good foundation and teach the right concepts of self-protection.  Bear in mind however, that videos are a 1-way learning tool – it only serve as revision, and other teaching delivery methods are needed to produce effective skills in self protection.  Live stream (online) and physical training (offline) complements pre-recorded videos.
